If you've read the guide and you're still unsure about how to answer any question here, just give your best answer. We'll have a chance to confirm all the details before sending the final documents, so don't worry about making a mistake.
First things first, before you begin, please click the REFRESH button on your browser. This will reload the photo you see at-right. If the photo has a SOLD banner across it, you'll want to choose a different parcel. If it does NOT say SOLD, you can proceed.
It's Almost Yours!
When you press the [Next] button below, you'll be shown the full agreement, filled in with your information, and all the details of the deal.
At this point you will still not be under any obligation. Please look over the agreement and make sure your name and contact information appear correctly. If there's a mistake, you can push your browser's [Back] button, correct the mistake, and try again.
If everything appears as you expect, and you're ready to go ahead with the deal, thenclick the checkbox that signals your agreement, and press [Buy-It-Now].
Our server will email you a copy of the agreement, and you will be taken to Paypal's secure site where you can pay the Option Fee. It's okay if you don't have a Paypal account-- they will accept a credit or debit card. Either way, Paypal will email you a receipt for your payment.
The Seller will have three (3) days to accept or decline the sale, but this will almost always happen the same day. If for any reason the Seller does not agree (the land might, for instance, have been bought by someone else 5 minutes ago), or is unable to complete the sale, your full Option Fee will be promptly refunded.
You, the Buyer, will also have three (3) days to cancel if, for example, you've had a chance to walk on the land and decided it won't suit your needs, in which case I will refund your whole Option Fee.
You can close the sale any time within thirty days. You'll find detailed instructions in the Purchase Option.
